SafeHaven of Tarrant County is Hiring a Volunteer Manager Near Arlington, TX
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of applicable work experience, nonprofit experience preferred.
- Experience managing volunteers preferred.
- Experience with donor database software preferred.
- Excellent communication and public speaking.
- Ability to think critically, solution-oriented, and taking responsibility to solve problems and implement ideas.
- Proven ability to manage effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Computer proficiency is required, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.
- Frequent prolonged sitting, occasional walking, stooping, and standing and lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Current Texas Driver’s License Required. Must provide proof of automobile liability insurance.
- Ability to work in a shared office environment effectively and consistently.
- Ability to bring positivity to a shared office space.

SafeHavens prevention team also provides domestic violence prevention programs to students throughout Tarrant County.
